Jeremy Goldman is Vice President of Editorial & Insights at RETHINK Retail, where he leads the organization’s editorial strategy, original research, executive thought leadership, podcasts, and industry intelligence covering retail, AI, ecommerce, omnichannel, commerce media, consumer behavior, and digital transformation. He works with many of the world’s leading retailers, brands, technology companies, and agencies to help executives understand the trends reshaping global commerce.
Prior to joining RETHINK Retail, Jeremy spent more than five years at EMARKETER, where he served as Senior Director of Marketing, Commerce & Tech Briefings. There, he led editorial strategy and executive content covering digital commerce, retail media, AI, marketing technology, digital advertising, and emerging consumer trends. He helped translate complex market developments into actionable insights for senior leaders at retailers, brands, agencies, and technology companies while hosting executive briefings, webinars, podcasts, and industry discussions. His work explored topics ranging from Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect to the rise of financial and travel media networks, including companies such as PayPal, United Airlines, and JPMorgan Chase, as commerce media expanded far beyond traditional retail.
Jeremy brings a rare combination of analyst and operator experience. Before moving into industry research and media, he led ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, and social media initiatives for global brands including Kiehl’s, Unilever, and TEMPTU, helping drive award-winning digital transformation initiatives, ecommerce growth, and customer engagement programs. Earlier in his career, he founded the award-winning digital marketing agency Firebrand Group, advising organizations ranging from Consumer Reports and Amtrak to Colgate, the U.S. Marine Corps, and Mobileye.
